Terms & Legal Disclaimer 

1. Eligibility Requirements 

Participation in the MGM Connect Rewards Program (“Program”) is open only to active distributor sales representatives and authorized manufacturer’s representatives of MGM Transformers LLC Company (“MGM”) who are in good standing as determined in the MGM’s sole discretion and located within the United States. MGM reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not meet these requirements or who engage in any fraudulent or unethical conduct in connection with the Program or their dealings with MGM. Eligible participants can earn rewards points for qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases includes:  

For Low Voltage Rep Agent Orders:

Both distributors and reps earn points per MV unit. 

MGM reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not meet these requirements or who engage in any fraudulent or unethical conduct in connection with the Program. MGM may also change the criteria for qualifying purchases at any time in its sole discretion.  

2. Points Expiration 

Reward points earned through the Program will expire twelve (12) months after the date of issuance. Expired points have no value and cannot be reinstated, reissued, or redeemed for cash or credit. MGM reserves the right to adjust point balances or expiration timelines in its sole discretion. 

3. Liability Limitations – Lost or Stolen Rewards 

MGM is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misused, or unauthorized redemptions of reward points, accounts, or associated merchandise once issued through the Program or its third-party rewards platform provider, Xoxoday. Participants are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information. MGM makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any products or services obtained through the rewards platform. 

 4. Governing Law 

This Program and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
